The service
Taiwan Filings ("we") is operated by 3XP LABS LLC. It provides English records of public filings made by companies listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange and the Taipei Exchange, through this website, email briefs and an MCP server. By using it you agree to these terms.
Not advice
Records are extracted from public filings and may contain errors or omissions. They are provided for information only, are not investment, legal or procurement advice, and should be checked against the original filing before you rely on them.
Accounts and keys
- An account is an email address and a watchlist. Keep sign-in links, account tokens and license keys private.
- A Pro license is for one person. A Team license covers the seats purchased.
Acceptable use
- Stay within the published rate limits and do not try to disrupt or circumvent the service's access controls.
- Bulk export, resale or redistribution of the data needs a data licence (hello@taiwanfilings.com).
Payments
Paid plans are sold by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record, which handles checkout, taxes and invoices. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in the Polar customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in the refund policy.
Source data
The underlying filings are public data from TWSE and TPEx, used under the Open Government Data License. Our English summaries, categories and ledgers are our work.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and paying customers are emailed about material changes.
