How cancelling and refunds work for Taiwan Filings Pro and Team. Last updated 2026-09-26.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in the Polar customer portal (linked from your receipt email). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

If Taiwan Filings is not useful to you, email hello@taiwanfilings.com within 14 days of your first payment, or of a yearly renewal, and we will refund it in full. Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to the original payment method.

Free plans

The open tier and the free account cost nothing and need no payment details.
